- Telegram User Details: Your unique Telegram Chat ID, username, and name to communicate with you.
- Visa Preferences: The visa application center (e.g., VFS Japan Dubai) and the number of travelers you are monitoring slots for.
- Subscription Data: Your subscription status and expiry dates via our payment provider (Creem). We do not collect or store your credit card information directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used solely to provide and improve our service. Specifically, we use it to:
- Send you automated alerts when Japan visa appointment slots become available matching your criteria.
- Manage your subscription and notify you when access is expiring.
- Provide customer support.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers to operate our platform (e.g., Supabase for database hosting and Creem for payment processing) who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain your user data for as long as you use our bot or maintain an active subscription. If you stop interacting with the bot and your subscription expires, your data will be retained for a limited period before being securely deleted.
5. Your Rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Using the `/stop` command in Telegram will halt all automated messages from the bot.
