By using VisaAppointment.ae ("the Service"), operated through telegram bots and web applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VisaAppointment.ae is an automated monitoring tool that notifies users via Telegram when Japan visa appointment slots become available at supported Visa Application Centers (e.g., VFS Global) in the UAE. We do not book appointments on your behalf and are not affiliated with VFS Global, the Embassy of Japan, or any official government entity.

3. Limitations and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide real-time and accurate alerts, we do not guarantee:

That you will successfully book an appointment.
That notifications will always arrive instantly (due to potential Telegram network delays or maintenance).
Uninterrupted operation of the tracking scripts.

You acknowledge that appointment availability can change within seconds, and receiving an alert does not reserve a slot for you.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the alert service requires an active subscription. Payments are securely processed via our third-party provider (Creem). Subscriptions provide access for a specified duration (e.g., 1 month). The service may be terminated or suspended without refund if you misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our bot.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reselling our alerts, sharing your Telegram account access to bypass subscription fees, or using automated systems to interact with our bot is prohibited.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
